Our counseling, coaching, and guidance services are intended for:

5. Services and Appointments

All consultations are provided with the intent of support and guidance. Outcomes are subject to individual responsibility and participation.

You may book sessions:

• Online (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
• Telephonically
• At our clinic (based on prior confirmation)

6. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations before 24 hours of session: 30% + GST + gateway charges will be deducted. The remaining will be refunded within 10 working days.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of already scheduled sessions: No refund.
• Completed sessions: No refund.
• Webinars/Workshops/EQ Tests/Compatibility Tests: Non-refundable once booked.
• Advance payments are mandatory for booking consultations.

7. Confidentiality

All client sessions are strictly confidential, with information shared only:

• With client consent.
• As required by law (e.g., harm to self or others).
